Paintings of Wyoming - Day 4, Tuesday

Sunrise...as we crawl from the tent into the 40-degree air... Cocoa is in order...

Driving to the north end of the park for the day.

Let's stop along the Yellowstone River to view some bison...

But there WAS a village below...

...and a bridge to get there...

Tower Falls

Slowly making our way down to the river at the base of the falls...

Too cool to swim in...

Hanging on...

Hiking back up...the fun part...

Paintings of Wyoming - Day 2, Sunday

My eyes were gazing upward the entire day, for Wyoming has the most beautiful sky in the country...

They also have the most road construction...
..and the best views of the Teton Range

Surveying the damage to the Mini...
from both gravel and grasshoppers..
Exploring in her Sunday-best...

Layers...Jackson, WY

...reading up on proper bear-fighting techniques...

Heading for camp at Gros Ventre (French for "Big Belly", as in: You're gonna be in the big belly of that bison if you stay at this campground)

Good-night sun...and wonderful Wyoming Sky...
